Make a delicious pesto for topping on e.g. toasted bread, or make the mixture more traditional by adding parmesan and almonds / nuts.
HOW TO MAKE A DELICIOUS PESTO "PRONTO"
6 tbsp. Pesto mix
4 tbsp. water
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. white balsamic
Stir the spice mixture together with water, olive oil and white balsamic vinegar.
Let it soak for 30 min. Add if necessary. more olive oil as needed
